Step into the rhythms of nature and your own being at Buffalo Gap for a transformative 5-day Waves workshop. Guided by five extraordinary 5Rhythms teachers, this immersive experience offers a chance to deepen your connection to body, heart, and spirit. Teachers include:

Each teacher brings their unique flavor of the practice, creating a rich tapestry of movement, exploration, and self-discovery through the Waves map. This workshop counts as pre-requiste for the 5-day Waves on the teacher training path.

We invite you to engage with 5Rhythms®, SoulCollage®, and Family Constellations as practices for resourcing, exploration, and integration. Julie Stuart and Julie Püttgen are wildly creative humans and friends for 25 years, who will offer their decades of experience to gently guide and hold space for a residential retreat of movement, art-making, ritual, and community. Join us as we move fluidly between dancing and art-making, igniting our imaginations and freeing our creativity. No prior dance or art experience is required at all.

You will be making TWO payments. One to Julie for the program fee and another to the Mountain for your lodging and meals. You need to register as a participant with the Mountain on their site AND send Julie your program fee payment.
Payment in full for Room and Board is not due until September 4, 2025 but you need to register on the website so they will hold your spot. The early bird price paid to Julie only applies to the Program fee.

Live Wire ritual theatre expands the imagination through curiosity, breath, physical gesture and space. It is performance art in the raw rooted in the real.
It's time to take a breath, stepping soulfully into that spacious landscape of heART to see the sky again, to rest in the vastness of beat, to sweat and pray. Renewing the creative that you are and seeking what is most original and true. A wild creative surrender.
Lorca is dedicated to the creation of physical theatre that is both interactive and transformative offering Live Wire Labs to 5R communities around the globe. These labs are rooted in a visionary and rigorous techniques for people to become true “athletes of the heart.”
Live Wire is an embodied ritual theatre investigation, grounded in the movement maps of 5Rhythms®, devoted to the shapeshifting nature of physical art, and guided by the vision of Lorca Simons and Gabrielle Roth and artist Martha Peabody. Designed to inspire, refresh, re-set and connect. Our time will include movement, creative excavations, collective truth-telling and beauty-making.
